    Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been carefully monitoring the progression of the virus and closely following the advice of the WHO. Commercial transportation access to most countries is still open.We still continue to ship out our products as they become available. Please note delivery will take slightly longer than usual as a result, shipping times may vary from 2-4 weeks to US, UK and Europe. Safety of our workers and courier partners is our utmost priority. We will keep you readily informed if there are any new significant changes to our operations.

    Shipping times & Order Fulfilment

    All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.Usually 7-15 business days. Due to high demand and COVID-19 on some of our more popular products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team via and we will chase it up with our supplier.We can send Products to residential or business addresses. Once the Product order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address.

    Please always double-check the destination address for the product you purchase from us before placing Your order. For re-delivery of returned orders of Products due to an incomplete or incorrect address or uncollected parcel, You are responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address. 

    Lost or Stolen Packages 

    Shipping fees are non-refundable

    For items returned to DoggyWrld due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. DoggyWrld does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.


    DoggyWrld is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. Please be patient as we cannot control delays for any packages that must pass through your country's customs office. 99% of shipments make it through customs with no issue or delays.
