    Shipping times & Order Fulfilment

    We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Customized products may extend the processing time by 3-5 days

    Please keep in mind that once the package is handed over to the shipping courier, there might be circumstances out of our control that may cause delivery delays.     Once the Product order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address.

    Please always double-check the destination address for the product you purchase from us before placing Your order. For re-delivery of returned orders of Products due to an incomplete or incorrect address or uncollected parcel, You are responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address. 

    Lost or Stolen Packages 

    Shipping fees are non-refundable

    For items returned to DoggyWrld due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. DoggyWrld does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.


    Customs 

    DoggyWrld is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. Please be patient as we cannot control delays for any packages that must pass through your country's customs office. 99% of shipments make it through customs with no issue or delays.
