We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Customized products may extend the processing time by 3-5 days

Please keep in mind that once the package is handed over to the shipping courier, there might be circumstances out of our control that may cause delivery delays. If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after you place the order and we will update your shipping address before it is sent. 

If your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change your shipping address. But you can contact the local logistic company to redirect the package to the correct address. 

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

We have multiple fulfillment centers worldwide including North America, the EU & Asia. Your order will be shipped from the fulfillment center that provides the fastest line to your address. 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you place the order. Send us an email via info@doggywrld.com as soon as possible if you change your mind, we will cancel the order and refund you before it is shipped.

Refund Policy

The harness solves the pulling issue on a daily walking basis. The Front-clip changes the point of leverage. Every time dogs try to pull and the leash gives a tug on their chest to the side when the leash is attached to the front of them, it will force the dog to turn toward you and so stop them from moving forward. So if they pull, they get turned. And if they turn, they aren’t heading forward which is where they want to be going and why they are pulling.

 

We recommend simply hand washing it with gentle soap, rinsing well, and letting it air dry. Putting it through a washing machine and dryer may reduce its useful life.
